Eugenia Gibbons, Clean Energy Program Director, Mass Energy Consumers Alliance. Mass Energy is a consumer and environmental advocacy organization dedicated to making energy affordable and environmentally sustainable. To help Massachusetts meet the GHG emission reductions mandated by the GWSA, the organization provides energy-related assistance and programming, advocates for energy efficiency, and supports the development of RPS-eligible projects through its voluntary Green Power Program.

Francis Pullaro, Executive Director, RENEW Northeast (RENEW). RENEW is an association of the renewable energy industry and environmental public interest groups in New York and New England. In leading RENEW, Mr. Pullaro promotes clean renewable technologies for the region that will increase energy diversity, spur economic development, and improve environmental quality.

Joseph Casey, International Representative, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). The IBEW is a labor organization that represents over 700,000 men and woman throughout North America who work within the electrical industry.  Joe represents the Business Development Department for the IBEW’s 2nd District, which consists of the six New England states.
